Saint Luke's Foundation

Saint Luke’s Foundation, a private hospital conversion foundation located in Cleveland, Ohio, is dedicated to improving and transforming the health and well- being of individuals, families and communities.

We catalyze and sustain opportunities to ensure that community resources meet families’ needs and empower parents to implement their vision for the health and well-being of their families.

Since 1997, when it was established with the charitable assets of the Saint Luke’s Medical Center, the Foundation has awarded more than $98 million in grants.

In 1938, Ben and Gerome Stefanski started Third Federal with a promise to their customers and to their Slavic Village community to help people achieve the American dream of homeownership.
